Please include your name/address and how we may contact you and include your pets name and provide the
information that you want us to display on our web site. Please
include a photo of your pet. (We will not be able to return any photos
sent in for the Bravo! Stories.)Bravo! Stories – “Rules of the Road”Bravo! Stories are provided by our customers to us on a voluntary basis. The customer receives no compensation for submission of their story. We have the permission of the customer to print their Bravo! Story. We may correct misspellings or grammatical errors, but we do not edit the story to change substance or meaning. Any representations or claims about the benefits or effects (positive or negative) experienced by the pet or owner as a result of using our products are solely the opinion of the customer. We do not verify any content provided by the customer to Bravo!. We provide Bravo! Stories on our web site in our emailings and elsewhere solely for educational and informational purposes only.Please consult a licensed veterinarian for advice or for a diagnosis of your pet’s medical condition. Your reliance on the information provided by Bravo! is solely at your own risk. How to Submit Your StoryYou may also submit up to two photos of your pet(s). Images should be no larger than 500x500 and be a jpg or gif. Images will be resized to a maximum size of 300 wide. |
